Privacy Policy
In compliance with our stringent security protocol, our facility operates as a closed-access site, meaning walk-in traffic is not permitted.

Physical documents are safeguarded within secured storage areas that are equipped with motion-detection alarm systems. These alarms actively monitor the storage areas outside of operational hours, ensuring the highest level of security for sensitive materials.
Digitized data undergoes multi-layer encryption during and after the digitization process to protect against unauthorized access. For enhanced security, scanning and data conversion activities are conducted offline to eliminate any potential exposure to external networks during the process.
Our Legal Obligation

We maintain the right to refuse digitization requests for materials that are deemed offensive, illegal, or discriminatory in nature. This policy serves to uphold ethical standards and prevent the distribution or replication of harmful content. Furthermore, in certain situations, written consent from the original author may be required to mitigate liability risks and ensure adherence to legal guidelines.
As part of our commitment to integrity and compliance, we strictly adhere to all applicable copyright laws and privacy regulations. We ensure that intellectual property rights are fully respected during the digitization process.
