Pricing Model

As we do not maintain facilities for physical document storage, we eliminate associated overheads and are able to pass those savings on to our clients. This enables us to offer competitive and scalable pricing structures that accommodate a wide range of budgetary requirements.

Our commercial digital imaging services commence at $175 per standard A4 archive box. This rate includes collection, document preparation, high-resolution scanning, and mirror indexing.

Materials requiring disassembly from folders, binders, or spine-bound volumes may incur an additional 15% surcharge, subject to the complexity of preparation and any requirement to reassemble documents in their original format.

Volume-based pricing is available for larger projects, offering reduced per-unit costs as quantities increase.
